雅基·马丁， MFIAP, HonEFIAP

·  出生于1949年。

·  2002年以前就职于一家大型计算机公司，是一名专业的工程师。

·  从2003年到2009年，经营自己的公司。

·  1973年成为Elancourt摄影俱乐部的成员/创始人（在1981年到1990年之间担任主席）。

·  St Quentin－en-Yvelines摄影展的组织者（两年一次，展出年份：81年，83年，85年）。

·  1983年成为"Ouverture Group"的会员/创始人。

·  自1990年到2000年，担任法国摄影联合会（FPF）主席。

· International professional career as engineer in a large computer company until 2002.

· He worked in his own company from 2003 to 2009.

· Member/Founder of the Elancourt Camera-Club in 1973. (President from 1981 to 1990).

· Organiser of the St Quentin-en-Yvelines Photo-Reporting Biennial (years 81, 83, 85).

· Member/Founder of the "Ouverture Group" in 1983.

· President of the French Photographic Federation (FPF) from 1990 to 2000.

· Publishing Director of Magazine France Photographie from 1990 to 2000.

· Member of the FIAP Directory Board since 1997.

· Director of FIAP Biennial Service from 1997 to 2010.

· Director of FIAP Clubsˇ World Cup since 2006.

· Creator and webmaster of FIAP web site www.fiap.net in 1998

· In charge of managing the FIAP Headquarters in Paris since 2005

· Founder and Chief Editor of Magazine Phot'Art International from 2006 to 2009

· Elected as FIAP Vice-President during the 2010 FIAP Congress In Hanoi (Vietnam)..

· Recognised as an International judge in Colour, Black & White and Nature photography.
